Dataplex for the last 40 years has an established position in the network and security market. Most of our growth is due to the human capital we have, and we constantly invest in it. The network engineers working at Dataplex have experience, know-how and expertise which is reflected in the level of customers’ satisfaction.
The average time of stay of employees in the company is currently around 14 years. The specific average is significantly influenced by the continuous increase of our human resources (as shown in the table below), the majority of which remain in our teams for many years.

As part of the continuous development of our activities, we are constantly looking for ways to attract new engineers and for the last six months we have been in a continuous recruitment process. We are redesigning the training processes of new staff, trying to incorporate evaluation systems that can improve the overall performance of our employees.
The sustainable development of Dataplex is based on the investment in human capital that we try to develop in every way while maintaining job satisfaction. For this reason, in Dataplex most engineers remain in the company and are constantly developing by taking on roles of responsibility.
Our employee policy contains among others code of conduct, attendance policy, leave policy, employee remote work policy and open-door company policy. Human capital, precisely because it is the most important factor in business success, is protected by policies that are friendly to the needs of employees.
