Dataplex Managed Services Team is currently seeking a proactive Junior Network Engineer to join our team, specializing in Helpdesk Support Services and Customer Support.
Responsibilities:
- Providing helpdesk support services and serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and technical issues.
- Assisting with the configuration and installation of network equipment at customer sites.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the 2nd level support team.

- Designing and implementing network solutions for mid to large-scale projects.
- Serving as a security consultant for IT security solutions and overseeing their implementation.
- Providing 2nd level support for customer installations as part of our Professional Services team.
- Leading teams on large-scale network projects and fostering a collaborative spirit conducive to knowledge transfer.
Qualifications:
- A degree in computer science or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a deep understanding of cutting-edge technologies.
- 3 or more years of experience in similar network or security projects, particularly with Cisco and Fortinet technologies.
- Proficiency in routing protocols (IP, OSPF, BGP, DVPN), switching (STP, VLAN segmentation), and centralized managed Wi-Fi solutions (Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba).
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Proficiency in English.
Desirable Qualifications:
- CCNP Cisco Certification or other relevant Cisco certifications.
- CCSA Checkpoint Certified Security Administrator.
